We collect access data to our website and store it as server log files on our server due to our legitimate interest (as per Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The following data is recorded:

  • Operating system used

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to investigate misuse. If data needs to be retained for evidentiary purposes, it will be exempt from deletion until the incident is finally resolved.

In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively processing the requests directed to us.

The data you transmit to us via contact form or email will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

This privacy policy is currently valid and has the status of December 2024. We reserve the right to update or amend this privacy policy as necessary to comply with legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, such as the introduction of new services.
